Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 September 2026

Draft pending legal review. These terms describe how the platform actually works. They are not a substitute for a client agreement drafted and adopted by a qualified lawyer in the jurisdiction of the operating entity, and they must not be presented to clients until that has happened.

1. Parties

These terms are an agreement between you and Remida Int LLC, an International Business Company registered in Saint Lucia under number 2026-004567, with its registered office at 1st Floor, Bourbon House, Bourbon Street, Castries, Saint Lucia · c/o Financial & Corporate Services Ltd, P.O. Box 1695.

By opening an account you accept these terms, the Risk Disclosure and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not open an account.

2. Eligibility

You may open an account only if you are at least 18, have legal capacity, are acting on your own behalf, and are not resident in a jurisdiction where our services may not lawfully be offered. We may refuse or close an account on that basis at any time.

3. Your account

  • The account is personal. You may not let anyone else use it, and you are responsible for everything done through it.
  • You must give accurate information and keep it current.
  • Keep your password to yourself. We store it only as a hash and can never read it or tell it to you; if you lose it, it is reset, not recovered.
  • You may hold more than one trading account. A new account inherits the commercial conditions of your existing ones — opening an account is not a way to obtain different pricing.

4. Verification

Identity verification is required before you can withdraw, and may be required earlier. It is what ties the account to you and prevents anyone else from taking your funds.

We may ask for additional documents where anti-money-laundering law requires it. Until verification is complete, withdrawals are refused by the system, not by a person's discretion.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

  • Deposits are processed by our payment provider. Card and bank details are entered on their page and do not pass through our servers.
  • We credit the amount actually received, not the amount requested. If an intermediary bank deducts a fee, or the amount arrives short for any reason, your account is credited with what arrived and both figures are shown on the movement.
  • Withdrawals are reviewed and approved before being paid. Fees are shown before you confirm and are deducted from the amount requested.
  • Withdrawals are normally returned to the method used to deposit, as anti-money-laundering rules require.
  • We do not pay interest on balances.
  • Client funds are held segregated. Client money — both bank accounts and wallet balances — is kept separate from the company's own funds and is not used to finance the business.

6. Trading

  • Orders are executed at the price available when they reach the platform, which may differ from the price displayed when you clicked.
  • Margin call and stop-out levels are published before you open the account. When your margin level reaches stop-out, the platform closes positions automatically, without asking you.
  • Stop loss and take profit are instructions, not guarantees. In a gap or a fast market, execution can be worse than the level you set.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, or close a position, where it results from a manifest error in pricing, a technical fault, or conduct described in section 9. Where we do, we will tell you why.
  • Swap is charged or credited daily on positions held past the rollover time and appears on your statement.

7. External account copy

If you choose to mirror an external MetaTrader account:

  • You provide the investor password only. It is read-only: it cannot trade or withdraw on the external account. Never give us, or anyone, your master password.
  • You remain responsible for the positions opened on your RemidaFX account as a result. They are your positions and your money.
  • Prices and execution here are ours. Results will not match the external account exactly, and the copier can lag.
  • Unlinking stops further copying. Positions already opened stay open until you close them — unlinking is not liquidating.
  • We may suspend copying if the credentials stop working or the external account behaves in a way that would breach these terms.

8. Fees

Spread, commission, swap and deposit or withdrawal fees are published in the platform and shown before you confirm an action. We may change them; where a change is to your disadvantage we will give notice before it takes effect.

9. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use the account for money laundering, terrorist financing, or on behalf of a sanctioned person;
  • exploit a pricing error, latency or a technical fault rather than reporting it;
  • attempt to gain access to systems, accounts or data that are not yours;
  • automate access outside the interfaces we provide for it;
  • provide false information or documents.

10. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account where required by law, where section 9 is breached, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. Where we suspend an account the reason is recorded and shown to you, unless the law forbids us from disclosing it.

You may close your account at any time. Closure does not remove records we are legally required to keep — see the Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

We provide the platform with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for losses caused by your internet connection, your device, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

We do not provide investment advice. Nothing we publish or send is a recommendation or an opinion on whether a trade suits you.

12. Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes are notified before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Saint Lucia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Saint Lucia.

Complaints go to reclami@remidafx.com.

Risk warning. CFDs are complex leveraged instruments and carry a high risk of losing your capital rapidly. You can lose the entire amount you invest. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Read the Risk Disclosure before you deposit.

Before you go further

RemidaFX is operated by Remida Int LLC, an International Business Company registered in Saint Lucia under number 2026-004567. It is registered there — it is not supervised by a European financial regulator.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, that has a practical consequence you should know now rather than later: you are not covered by the investor protection schemes that apply to firms authorised in your country, and there is no financial ombudsman to escalate a complaint to.

We are not soliciting you. If you continue, you do so on your own initiative.

This notice is shown once. You can read the full position in our Terms and Risk Disclosure.
