This website sets no tracking cookies. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party script. That is why you were not shown a consent banner: asking for consent to nothing is not compliance, it is noise — and it trains people to click "accept" without reading, which makes consent worth less where it actually matters.
It does remember two things on your own device, so that two notices do not reappear on every page. Both are listed below. Neither is sent anywhere.
If that changes — if we ever add a measurement tool — this page changes first, and a consent banner appears before anything is loaded.
| Category | Used? | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Yes — two entries | Browser storage, not cookies. Listed immediately below. |
| Preferences | No | There is nothing else to remember. |
| Analytics | No | No measurement tool is installed. |
| Advertising / tracking | No | None, and none is planned. |
| Name | What it remembers | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
rmfx_risk_seen | That you dismissed the risk warning bar, so it does not reappear on every page. | Until you clear your browser data |
rmfx_juris_seen | That you have read the notice about the operating entity being registered in Saint Lucia. | Until you clear your browser data |
Both are stored on your own device and are never transmitted. They exist so a notice you have already read does not block you again on the next page — which is the kind of thing that makes people stop reading notices altogether.
Whether a visitor sees the jurisdiction notice is decided from your browser's time zone, not from your IP address. Looking up an IP address means sending it to a geolocation service, and a site that keeps its own fonts precisely to avoid that would be contradicting itself.
The typeface is served from our own server rather than from Google Fonts, specifically so that opening the page does not disclose your IP address and referring page to a third party.
Our web server does write standard access logs — IP address, time, page, browser — which is ordinary server operation rather than a cookie. Retention is set out in the Privacy Policy.
The platform stores a small amount of data in your browser, and all of it is strictly necessary to keep you signed in and the interface usable. Under the ePrivacy rules strictly necessary storage does not require consent, but it should still be disclosed — so here it is.
| Name | What it is | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| Session token | Proves you are signed in. Without it every page reload would ask for your password again. | Until it expires or you sign out |
| Interface preferences | Small conveniences such as the selected account, the chart timeframe or whether a panel is collapsed. | Until you clear your browser data |
This is browser storage on your own device. It is not sent to third parties, and it is not used to build a profile of you.
Every browser lets you view and delete site data — usually under Settings → Privacy. Clearing it on the platform signs you out; clearing it on this website changes nothing, because there is nothing there.
Blocking browser storage entirely will prevent the platform from keeping you signed in. That is a consequence of how sign-in works, not a choice we made to inconvenience you.
Should we add a measurement tool, three things happen before it runs:
Questions about this policy: privacy@remidafx.com.
RemidaFX is operated by Remida Int LLC, an International Business Company registered in Saint Lucia under number 2026-004567. It is registered there — it is not supervised by a European financial regulator.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, that has a practical consequence you should know now rather than later: you are not covered by the investor protection schemes that apply to firms authorised in your country, and there is no financial ombudsman to escalate a complaint to.
We are not soliciting you. If you continue, you do so on your own initiative.
This notice is shown once. You can read the full position in our Terms and Risk Disclosure.
